Chris has over 30 years' experience as a commercial real estate banker originating transactions with Barclays Corporate, Deutsche Bank, Santander and Anglo Irish Bank in aggregate of £1.1bn between 2007 -2017.
He joined the Alvarium RE Structured Real Estate team in 2019 as an originator. Prior to that Chris was a partner with Knight Frank where he established a new debt advisory team providing debt advice to clients ranging from HNWs to Corporates and family offices.
Chris enjoys a strong track record of originating new business in all sectors of the market.
