Nic has been in the short term and development finance industry since 2008. He joined Commercial Acceptances, a part of the Close Brothers Group and wrote over £1bn in business over a 15 year period. Focusing on client retention and high service standards.

In 2023, Nic founded Tradelend with George, Catherine and Paul to continue their journey to re-define property finance. Since inception, Tradelend has lent over £125m and continues to grow their reputation and funding lines. With access to institutional monies and significant private credit lines, Nic now has the opportunity to offer flexible structured finance across multiple real estate sectors.
